i was very sick with an ulcer about a year ago. i lost a lot of weight before seeking medical help for the ailment. Ive been unsuccessfully trying to gain weight. i had been doing p90x xstretch daily with my roommate as a way of "exercising". We stopped when she moved back home about 2 weeks ago. I dont feel that it would be healthy for me to do the exercising curriculum i want until my weight is more healthy.
